Samay Project Services Private Limited (Samay, incorporated in 2001, is in the business of design, engineering, supply, fabrication, erection and commissioning of LP Piping and Appurtenances, Tanks and Vessels, Fabricated Structures and Fire Protection and Detection System for the past 15 years and is one of the established EPC Contractors in the Indian Industry. The Company has executed over 100 projects and has about 10-15 ongoing projects at any time.

The Company has a strong engineering team divided along product lines. The Company employs the latest modeling software from Bentley, for three dimensional modeling, with automated isometric and BOQ generation functionalities. The Company uses this software to improve BOM accuracy and understand material change order requirements due to revised layouts and site changes. The modeling software also helps our engineers understand any routing changes required to prevent fouling during the detail engineering phase. The Company also uses Canute / Pipenet software for Hydraulic calculations in Fire Protection System.
The Company is well experienced in handling all subsystems, namely; Raw Water System, DM and Make up Water Systems, Potable Water System, Service Water and CW Systems, Instrument and Service Air Systems, Fire Water Tanks, Fire Pump House, Fire Hydrant Systems, High Velocity/ Medium Velocity Spray Systems, Sprinkler and Foam System, Addressable Fire Alarm and Detection Systems, and Fire Extinguishing Systems. The Company supplies, installs and commissions; related Valves, Strainers, Pipe Structural Supports, Bellows, Traps, Insulation and Rubber Lining, in addition to Pipes and Fittings.
The Company also installs and commissions; all Pumps, Air compressors and other Equipment, supplied by the Client as Free Supplies. The Company has handled a variety of pipes; ranging from Carbon Steel, Galvanized, Stainless Steel, Ductile Iron, HDPE, PVC and UPVC, to High temperature Alloy Steel Pipes of grade SA 335 P11 and SA 335 P22, meeting IBR requirements. The Sizes of pipes handled, range from 15 NB to 1800 NB. Many of the MCW supply and return headers, in our projects, range from 1000 NB to 1800 NB. The thickness of pipes vary from 2.5 mm to 40 mm. IBR high temperature seamless alloy pipe thickness of 20 – 40 mm have been handled by the Company in Power Cycle Piping, as part of the boiler and turbine lines.
The Company has established engineering and technical strengths ,with established industry leading capabilities, to execute; any LP Piping, IBR piping, Fire Protection and Detection System, in any Industrial, Power Plant, or Substation, within or outside the Country.
The Company has a very strong procurement and commercial division. Most manufacturers, as per the Vendor List specified in the bid, are currently vendors for other projects of the Company. The strong relationship established with the suppliers will assist the Company, to meet the delivery commitments.
The Company has acquired ISO-9001 Certification for EPC of Piping System, Tanks and Vessels, and Fire Protection System. The Company is committed to Quality Standards, Occupational Health and Safety Guidelines, and complies fully with the relevant legislations and safety norms.
Presently, around 25 engineers and 200 to 300 skilled and semi skilled workmen are engaged at various con-current sites, who can be mobilized to any site, as per requirement, to accomplish a particular project, well within the stipulated schedule.
